Personal Training Program
One-on-one Personal Training is S.P.A.R.T.A.'s primary service. Individualized and private training sessions have proven time and again to be the most effective approach for long term body composition change and lifestyle modification. Small group training also available for discounted rate per person.
Fitness Investment Packages
Your health and fitness investment with S.P.A.R.T.A. includes:

2 time per week plan with $200 start up fee ($65/session)
3 time per week plan with $150 start up fee ($60/session)
4 time per week plan with $100 start up fee ($55/session)
Plans are for twelve (12) months and are calculated on an eight (8) session (2 times per week), twelve (12) session (3 times per week), or sixteen (16) session (4 times per week) basis. This means that over the course of a year, you are actually getting a FREE month (8 or 12 or 16 sessions) in that year's time. Session make ups are available as well.
Typical Personal Training Session
Appointments are scheduled for all workouts. Your trainer will meet you at your scheduled time and after greeting you, check to make sure you are feeling OK, and that there aren't any new issues since the last meeting. Afterwards, you will begin that day's routine. Your trainer will assist you through a full body workout, in a circuit fashion, coaching you every second of the way to a thorough completion of each exercise. The workout should last anywhere from 20-30 minutes. At the end, if you'd like to ask your trainer questions or review your nutritional efforts, there should be a few minutes to do so before heading home.
